Kaitlin Foe is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the non-profit and education sectors. As the Chief of Staff and Operations at Coro Southern California, she oversees strategic initiatives and ensures operational efficiency as the organization evolves and grows.
Previously, Kaitlin was the Chief of Staff at Bright Star Schools, a Los Angeles-based charter school network with nine schools. She managed policy compliance, board governance, marketing, communications, and strategy. Before that, she worked with Teach for America nationally as the Director of Operations for Corps Member Onboarding and regionally as the Manager of Community Partnerships and Alumni Affairs in South Louisiana.
Kaitlin holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Southern California, a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the Broad Residency in Urban Education, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Art History and Criticism, and History from the University of California, San Diego. She was also an Education Pioneer Fellow in 2013-2014.
Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys doting on her three dogs, hiking in the Angeles National Forest, and transforming her yard into a California native plant paradise.
