To support this vision, we created Coro+, a leadership development series tailored for our alumni community. Coro+ fosters connections among alumni, cultivating a vibrant community that spans programs and cohorts. Alumni refresh their skills, apply Coro training to real-world challenges, and further their leadership journeys.

Coro+ is an enriching series designed exclusively for Coro alumni to enhance their leadership skills and foster community connections.
Led by Coro’s experience facilitators, each season of Coro+ comprises three interactive sessions, all centered around a unifying theme. Participants can choose to register for sessions individually or as a complete package, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
Coro+ serves as a vital space for alumni that encourages collaboration, skill-building, and practical application of leadership concepts, reigniting your passion for leadership while strengthening your professional network.

Each Coro+ season focuses on a different leadership development theme, which each session diving into one aspect of that theme.
Season One – Management as a Leadership Practice, explored the multifaceted nature of management as both a personal and interpersonal practice through three sessions.
Thinking Adaptively as a Manager
Shifting perspectives on adaptive leadership frameworks to enhance interpersonal professional relationships.
Exploring Management Styles
Exploring management through the Interpersonal Leadership Styles (ILS) framework to develop coaching strategies that support diverse team members in overcoming challenges and maintaining engagement.
Creating a Culture of Feedback
Establishing a culture of feedback to empower team members, enhance communication, and promote continuous improvement within your organization.
Participants can register for individual sessions or the complete package based on their availability.
Coro + fees are $250 per session or $600 for all three sessions.
