At Coro, we view leadership as an evolving journey that demands ongoing growth and development. To support this vision, we created Coro+, a leadership development series tailored for our alumni community. Coro+ fosters connections among alumni, cultivating a vibrant community that spans programs and cohorts. Alumni refresh their skills, apply Coro training to real-world challenges, and further their leadership journeys.
Coro+ is an enriching series designed exclusively for Coro alumni to enhance their leadership skills and foster community connections.
Led by Coro’s experience facilitators, each season of Coro+ comprises three interactive sessions, all centered around a unifying theme. Participants can choose to register for sessions individually or as a complete package, offering flexibility to suit your needs.
Coro+ serves as a vital space for alumni that encourages collaboration, skill-building, and practical application of leadership concepts, reigniting your passion for leadership while strengthening your professional network.

Emotional Intelligence in Leadership: Understanding Team Dynamics with Interpersonal Leadership Styles™

This session leverages the Interpersonal Leadership Styles™ (ILS) assessment to deepen your understanding of emotional intelligence (EQ) in leadership. Participants will build on prior ILS training to explore how leadership behaviors influence team dynamics, decision-making, and communication. Through practical insights, this session empowers leaders to navigate complex interpersonal challenges with empathy and intentionality, fostering stronger, more collaborative teams.
Professional Narratives: Crafting Stories that Connect

Conflict Resolution Strategies: Turning Challenges into Opportunities

Human Centered Design: Innovating with Empathy

Human-Centered Design (HCD) empowers leaders to create solutions that truly meet the needs of people. In this Coro+ session, participants will explore HCD principles, learning to center empathy in problem-solving and innovation. From prototyping to testing and iterating, gain practical tools to design impactful, user-focused solutions for teams, clients, or communities. Leave ready to lead with creativity, compassion, and a focus on meaningful outcomes.
All Coro alumni (including SCLN alumni) can register for individual sessions or the complete package based on their availability.
Season Two Registration Fees
- Individual sessions: $250 each

- All 4 sessions: $800
- Any 3 sessions: $600
- Any 2 sessions: $400
