Our Impact
Over 15,000 graduates of Coro programs have gone on to lead their communities and organizations. Each Coro graduate follows a unique path, but are united by a dedication to inclusive and collaborative leadership. With a 75-year legacy, Coro’s alumni network stands as one of the most diverse in the nation, spanning sectors, perspectives, and geographic regions. Coro alumni harness their expertise and networks to drive civic engagement, bolster social capital, and actively involve stakeholders to address critical regional, national, and global challenges collaboratively.

Coro Southern California has a sustainable business model that combines earned revenue and contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations. Each year, we train leaders to work across differences, ignite positive change, and actively address urgent regional and national challenges.
