Coro’s mission is to strengthen the democratic process by preparing individuals for effective and ethical civic leadership. For over 75 years, Coro has trained thousands of leaders in cross-sector, cross-boundary, and collaborative problem-solving, with Coro alumni serving in every sector, in all professions, and in all corners of civic life.

Each year, we recognize visionary leaders for their transformative impact in and across Southern California at our Annual Crystal Eagle Awards Gala. We’re excited to celebrate our 48th Gala this year on October 5, 2023, at the Taglyan Complex in Hollywood. We can’t wait to see you and celebrate impactful leaders and our alumni community.
