Tod Gimbel serves as the Director of Social Impact, Sustainability (ESG) and Public Affairs Practice for Enliven Advisory. He moved to Los Angeles in 2019 after living and working in Singapore for 13 years. Tod leads the company’s Government Affairs function globally in the 90 plus countries where Herbalife does business and also leads Herbalife’s outreach and engagement here in the company’s hometown.  

Gimbel has also recently taken on responsibility for a large part of Herbalife’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) work. He helped develop and draft an ESG Index which helps report on and track the company’s progress in the important area of sustainability.

Tod has led advocacy campaigns and developed and implemented reputation building initiatives in the US at the state and federal levels as well as in many countries in Asia including Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Burma and China.

He previously held senior government, public and corporate affairs roles with Miller Brewing Company (now Miller/Coors), Altria, Kraft Foods (now Mondelez), Levi Strauss & Company and Citi.

Tod graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton Wisconsin receiving a BA in History and Political Science and got his law degree from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee. 

Tod is a Board member of the LA Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of the Gene and Ruth Posner Foundation.
