Vicki P. Klopsch

Vice President, Training & Programs

Vicki Klopsch is Vice President of Training and Programs at Coro Southern California and oversees the organization’s growing portfolio. She is committed to helping others engage in their own personal growth and remain curious and involved members of their community. 

Vicki has expertise in organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and program development. Prior to joining Coro, Vicki served as Executive Director of the Laspa Center for Leadership, where she set the vision and direction of the Center and co-designed and delivered leadership development programs with a specific focus on gender and identity. She previously oversaw comprehensive career services and programming initiatives as Executive Director of Career Planning & Resources at Scripps College. Vicki has also led unique programs at DePaul University and Chicago Childrens’ Museum among others. 

Vicki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational and Multicultural Communication and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from DePaul University. She is an alumna of the Coro Women in Leadership program and previously served on the organization’s Leadership Circle. Vicki serves on board for DC-based Public Leadership Education Network (PLEN), whose focus is to prepare women and marginalized gender groups for leadership in the public policy arena. She also actively volunteers for the Pasadena Unified School District.
