Activating effective nonprofit board leadership
The Board Leadership Training Accelerator (BLTA) is a training intensive designed to equip cross-sector professionals with the essential knowledge and skills for effective and ethical nonprofit board leadership. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the critical competencies required to drive mission success, ensure accountability, and foster innovation through board service.
Building on the impactful legacy of the former Southern California Leadership Network’s Riordan Leadership Institute (RLI), this program empowers leaders to make a significant difference in their communities and in organizations serving the greater good, and aims to elevate the nonprofit sector’s vital role in fostering civic leadership. In Fall 2024, Coro will facilitate two BLTA cohorts, one in Los Angeles from October 22-26 and the other in the Inland Empire from November 13-16.
